Description
Eye : Intense golden yellow colour. Fine and delicate effervescence.
Nose : First expressive nose, on freshness, with floral aromas (linden, acacia). A second nose more on maturity with pastry notes (puff pastry and frangipane).
Palate : The mouth is ample and harmonious, rediscovering notes of white flowers perceived on the nose. It is punctuated by a gourmet finish with notes of marzipan.
Majority terroir : Cramant (Grand Cru)
Blend : 100% Chardonnay
Aged on lees : for more than 7 years
